Owing to the bespoke nature of the products that the company supply, PomPrint Designs Ltd. are unable to exchange printed and/or embroidered goods that are not defective or incorrect. Please ensure, therefore, that you are fully satisfied with the product’s specifications, including size in the case of garments, prior to ordering. In many instances it will be possible for the company to supply either a plain stock item, or a ‘first-off’ sample for approval prior to production. The charge for this service is available upon application.

In any instance that an item is shown to be defective or incorrect, and the company has been made aware of the problem within 30 days from date of invoice, this will be replaced immediately upon return of the defective/incorrect goods.

Please note that in any instance where the washing instructions for any printed or embroidered garment have not been followed, the garment will not be replaced. The washing instructions can be found on the label and on this web site.
