HOW IS THE ARTWORK APPROVED?

Prior to commencement of production, the company will require artwork to be signed off by the client. The artwork can take the form of any of the following:

Virtual sample
This is a design drawing in portable document format (pdf) which production staff use as a work instruction to guide them on size and placement of logos etc. These are often sent to clients as pre-production proofs which are to be approved before full-scale production commences. A virtual sample, along with the company's job database, ensures that repeat orders will be identical to the first order.

Virtual samples are only removed if they are superceded. This means that if you order a repeat in 5 years' time, the product will still be the same, (though not necessarily at the same price).
